Mission and Vision

The following are the Vision & Mission of Canteen Stores Department (CSD), Indian Naval Canteen Services (INCS) and Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar (KPKB):-

Vision:-

To achieve highest level of consumer satisfaction (Uniformed and Retired personnel of Defence Services and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) by adopting pragmatic and proactive strategies to optimally utilize and develop human, infrastructure, material and financial of emerging economic realities of modern India.

Mission:-

To meet the aspirations of Armed Forces fraternity by making available latest and quality consumer products at a cheaper rate on All-India basis. 

Objectives:-

To fill a gap between manufacturer and a end user by providing consumer goods of high quality wherever they are at prices cheaper than the prevailing market rates, as far as possible.

To promote a well reputed brand by generate reasonable profitability to sustain the organisation, permit growth and provide additional facilities for uniformed and their families even after retirement.

To create awareness programme, awareness campaign, Seminars, Lectures to Defence Units by formulating and execute development programmes to improve and maintain organisational effectiveness.

To Periodically analyses and assess the diverse long-term needs and aspirations of Defence Services and CAPFs personnel and execute timely measures to achieve their requirements.
